Hey Nicole,
We bought the DVD of the concert and tried playing it on our DVD players and it wouldn't work. Any suggestions? Our DVD's are kindof older could that be why? Let me know if you have any suggestions.

Bring your DVD back to the studio and exchange it for another one. You may have just gotten one that doesn't work.
